I immensely enjoyed the journey of putting different stories in my plot and weaving them together. I loved the rush of being able to draft the entire story in a month’s challenge of NaNoWriMo. I reveled the times that I painstakingly edited the chapters of my story, to add more appropriate words, to put more details. I looked forward to the times when my friends would gush out how they loved the development of my story.
Now I have to let it go and consider my Novel complete. I’m finally letting go of the tiny hand of my first born and let it explore, meet critics, or lovers and develop in the minds of my readers.
Ladies and gentlemen, I present to you, the last chapter of TBC (To Be Continued):
I hope that when this novel finds its way back to me, I will have been a better writer.
