One of my students who are preparing for their Job Interviews asked me how I answered this question:

Why did you decide to be a teacher?

I answered in different ways:

-> I want to motivate children to study and speak in English just like my favorite teacher when I was in high school.

-> Because my father wanted me to be a teacher.

But I only have one answer that best explains why:

 I am good at it.

And I don’t need a classroom evaluation for that.
